Hello aspirant

Through the All India Quota, the mop up round cut off for the OBC category was 599 marks and the college allotted to the candidate was Andaman and Nicobar Islands Institute of Medical Sciences.
Through the state quota (Uttar Pradesh), the last seat of government medical college was allotted to an OBC category candidate who scored 613 marks. The college allotted was Government Medical College, Jaunpur.

As you can see from the cut off trend, you have extremely low chances of getting a government seat. However, you can easily get the following private colleges in UP-

Subharti Medical College, Meerut

School of Medical Sciences, Sharda University

Muzzafarnagar Medical College

Rohilkhand Medical College

Please note that the cut off changes every year depending on various factors such as category of the student, difficulty level of the paper, number of newly added medical colleges etc.

You can also use the college predictor tool to know your chances of admission in a college/ course-

Hope it helps!

Hi aspirant
At a score of 519, you can expect your rank to be around 79k-81k . However it can considerably change this year as the cut off is bound to change every year. It also depends on the highest score and the total number of candidates. Now you can also predict your rank using our rank predictor tool. Link for it is provided here:

Here is a list for the closing ranks of some of the government medical colleges of UP for OBC- NCL category.

B.R.D Medical college 10578

Maharani Laxmi Bai Medical College 12049

Rani Durgavati Medical College 14065

Govt. Medical College, Kannauj 14583

Apart from these, the cutoff range of the remaining medical colleges in your state was quite high with last seats being allotted to candidates with rank around 11k-15k .
Now, you can see it is really difficult for you to fetch a seat in the government medical colleges of your state. You can opt for private medical colleges of Uttar Pradesh is your finances allow.
Here is a list of some of the best private medical colleges in UP
  • IIMSR Lucknow - Integral Institute of Medical Sciences and Research
  • School of Medical Sciences and Research, Greater Noida
  • Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Subharti Medical College, Meerut
  • Heritage Institute of Medical Sciences, Varanasi
  • Santosh Medical College, Ghaziabad
  • SRMS IMS Bareilly - Shri Ram Murti Smarak Institute of Medical Sciences
  • Teerthanker Mahaveer Medical College and Research Center, Moradabad
  • Hind Institute of Medical Sciences, Sitapur
  • Eras Lucknow Medical College and Hospital, Lucknow

Hope this helps

Hey Aspirant,

Predicting the exact cutoff is quite tough as it keeps on fluctuating every year depending on the number of students appeared in exam and the difficulty of the question paper but we can estimate the range of score that would get you into the government MBBS colleges in the basis of previous year cutoff trends.

On the basis of previous year trend, the cutoff of this year for obc category might lie around 590-592 through AIQ counselling while for 85% state quota it will be around 589- 595 in Uttar Pradesh as it is one of highly competent state. So getting a government MBBS seat at 519 seems nil for you.

But you can get seat in some great pvt colleges in Uttar Pradesh. You can definitely try for that.

In order to predict your college on the basis of your neet score, you can use the following link -:

Hope this was helpful for you.

Good luck!

Hi,

Cutoffs vary every year depending on various number of factors such as no of appearing candidates, difficulty level of exam, preference list of candidates above you in the merit list, etc.

But according to previous years trends, 519 marks are nowhere enough to get you a government mbbs or bds seat through either AIQ or UP state quota counselling even if you belong to obc category.

You can go for BSc nursing, BAMS, b.u.m.s. , B. H.M.S. if you participate in ayush counselling session.
