Hello there,
Hope you are doing well . See,as of now it's very difficult to predict the exact cut-offs as they keep changing every year depending on various factors like no. of students appeared, difficulty level of the question paper ,seat matrix and overall performance of the students . But we can have an idea of your probability of getting selected into your desired medical college based on previous year's cutoff scores and ranks through State quota .
From your profile, I see that you belong from Assam ,so we can have an idea of the state cutoff of Assam this year by looking at NEET 2020 cutoff of Assam . In 2020,the cutoff score for a government medical seat in Assam was 529 with a closing AIR of 63916.
This year too it is expected that the cutoffs will be somewhat same ,though a slight variation might be seen. I am afraid that you might miss the cutoff by a few marks .
It's advised to you that you participate in the Counselling process of your state whenever it commences , till the last round.
Also,if your are thinking for preparing for NEET 2022,start preparing now itself as not much time is left for the exam . Here are some useful resources that will help you in strengthening your preparation.

Hi
Your profile suggests that your domicile state is Assam
It is difficult to make prediction as cut off keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like
------------) number of students that appeared in the neet exam,
------------) kind of marks obtained by them ,
------------) toughness level of the neet examination
------------) number of seats available
------------) the category you are from etc
But when we go through previous data then ,
>>>>> with 519 marks ,
You hold a low chance for an mbbs seat in a Government Medical College
For example,
in neet 2020, 529 marks for general category was the lowest mark to get an mbbs seat in Government Medical College, under Assam State quota and it was for Dighu Medical College, Diphu
You can check the same at
https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-assam
But yes,
You have chances in government bds colleges under Assam state quota like
Government Dental College, Dibrugarh:- 513 marks
Government Dental College, Silchar:- 509 marks
