Congratulations for your result. Now 5198 is quite a good rank. You know the cutoffs depend on various factors and that's why it changes every year. Now as you have not mentioned, the cutoffs of open quota candidates are quite high but for the candidates who have state domicile the cutoffs are low. But you have an amazing rank in AEEE 2020. You can expect Computer Science and Engineering in Amrita School of Engineering, Bangalore campus as the closing rank for CSE there lies around 6700 rank for open quota candidates. And for state quota candidates the closing rank lies around 10000 rank. So you have fair chances of getting CSE there even if you belongto the state or not. Not only Computer Science but you can get all other branches in Bangalore campus. Now this is based on previous few years' cutoffs and this year it might change. You can check the cutoffs of all branches of all campuses
