I got 51mark in gate 2018 paper set 2, is there any change to get admission iit?

You have scored very well. The rank purely depend on the branch of engineering and also the percentile score. It purely will depend on the scores of other students too. If the students score less you will get a chance of getting higher rank. With 51 marks you will get rank within 1000.
