i got 52% in 12th cbse with 5 subjects phy , chem, bio, eng core, physical education and i failed in 2 subjects but as i said before my aggregate percentage is 52 and im neet aspirant and i already applied for neet. So im eligable for neet or not ?

the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (Undergraduate) ( NEET (UG)), formerly the All India Pre-Medical Test (AIPMT), is an entrance examination in India for students who wish to study undergraduate medical courses (MBBS) and dental courses (BDS) in government or private medical and dental colleges in India.
as per the guidelines laid down you should only be passing with 50% in each of aggregate including physics, chemistry and biology
As per the elgibilitiy you should have at least 50% in PCB subjects .
There won't be any problem if you are fail in your sixth subjects .
And there won't be any problem in your Admission process in future.

For NEET, following are the qualification requirements,
Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognized board. Candidates who are appearing for the class 12 or equivalent exam are also eligible to apply for NEET.
12th percentage required for NEET are separate for each category and can be listed as under. NEET eligibility marks in 12th to be considered are aggregate marks only for PCB subjects
UR - 50%,
OBC/SC/ST - 40%,
PWD - 45%
