Hi Sarvesh,
Congratulations firstly and seems you are an average student from the above mentioned averages. I'm here to help you regarding the colleges all across India. Yes, you can get admission in software (i.e.., Computer science and engineering & Information technology, etc..,)
Also, based on your rank and your reservation you have to appear for JEE-advanced if qualified in JEE Mains and proceed further. Then, you cam attend the counseling and decide the college and course respectively.
Apart from that, herw are some of my few suggestions regarding top colleges in india for pursuing software engineering,
- Birla institute of technology and science. Pilani.
- Jadavpur university, Kolkata.
- Vellore institute of technology, Vellore.
- Netaji Subhash Chandra bose institute of technology, Delhi.
- Thapar institute of technology, Patiala.
- Delhi tevjtechnolog university, Delhi.
- PSG college of engineering, Coimbatore (affiliated to Anna University)
- Manipal university, Manipal.
- Sastra University, Thanjavur.
- MS Ramaiah college of engineering, Bangalore.
Now, i hope you can choose among these colleges and best of luck !!
Yes, you can definitely get admission in private colleges but definitely not in government colleges. You can get admission in private colleges through state counselling like silicon, CV raman, Galgotias, Heritage, etc colleges.
Good luck.
