The eligibilility criteria for all india neet exam is UR - 50%, OBC/SC/ST - 40%, PWD - 45% .(minimum aggregate marks for PCB that is physics,chemistry and biology should be 40 %) if this criteria match your marks you can definetely appear for neet exam.
