With 520 marks, you can get many good colleges in Andhra Pradesh. Since you are from the EWS category, you have fair chances of getting a seat in government medical college with this rank. You should apply for some state counseling. Also note that the cut-off rank changes every year depending on the difficulty of the paper, and the number of candidates appearing for it.
