i got 5200 rank in DCET karnataka. I'm from cs branch and OBC category. can i get ubdt Davangere clg? or any other government clg and gvt seat for BE?

You've not mentioned specifically your caste category.. as you know that in Karnataka State Counselling , there are several sub categories within OBC like Cat-1 , 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B etc.
Well, By considering GM rank , I'm sharing the cut off details of UBDT, Davangere after 1st round :
- CS-203
- Electrical-5053
- Industrial Prod-9923
