You have scored well but there is chance that you will not get MBBS through AIQ(All india quota) .You can get it through 85% seats i.e state quota.
The cut off are usually high for AIQ but a little low for State quota.
The cut off varies from state to state .So it depends on from which state you belong to .
In your home state you can apply for 85% state quota seats.You have fair chance that you will get college through it.

If you a UR category student then it will be very difficult to get a seat in AIQ quota. But in State quota you can get. You can get Raichut Institute of Medical college. You can also go for Vijyanagar MEdical college, Bellary.
