The score you mentioned is a decent score and you can get into any of the best NITs or some of the IITs for sure. But getting the seat doesn't only depend on your gate score, it also depends on the Branch in which you'd like to do the mtech and also to which reservation quota you belong. So according to the course which you want to join pick the best instituitions providing the same course and apply.
