I got 52.5 marks in b.tech entrance exam. I am a general category student. Can i attend the counselling

Yes you can attend counseling in spite of your marks/percentile. But the colleges that you will get wouldn't be so good. You will have to try through several quotas including vacancy and institute level rounds. According to the elligibility criteria, it's just the 12th standard marks that matter.
