The marks for the govt. medical college are above 500 in NEET as you have scored the good marks, you have the chances of getting the good college through all india quota. Though you may face difficulties due to high competition in NEET scores for the various govt. college as the merit for all india quota can go upto 600 mraks and more. So you go for the counselling process and wait for the results.

If I consider the previous year data.then your chances of getting admission in a government medical college are good.

The cutoff changes almost every year,so not much can be predicted .cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.
