You have not mentioned your Caste Category, so I'm considering it as General Category and providing information based on it.
For your AP EAMCET Rank, based on previous year's Closing Ranks it is difficult to get Convenor quota B. Pharmacy seat. You can try for seat through counseling or can go for normal seat or Management quota seat in good Colleges.
Cut-offs changes from year to year and depends on many factors like category, number of students appeared in the exam, difficulty level of the exam, number of seats available, etc.
