There are various Engineering colleges in India,  majority of which are private, these private colleges,  has a large intake and most of these colleges don't have any kind of eligibility requirements,  they just want money and that's all they demand. So you can definitely get a seat in B. Tech colleges.

I would suggest you to give some entrance exams and then take the admission.

Your 12th percentage is not that good, but i need to know if you have written any of the b.tech entrance exams. If yes, please share your ranks or scores. If not then you still can go through management quota in many of the collegs in your locality but it is very expensive in this way.
