Well dear your NEET score is 530 that is your rank should lie somewhere in between 10,000-15,000 according to previous year cutoff's.So,yes you do have chances ofe getting college in Punjab under state quota and OBC.
But,alos the cutoff's keep changing every year so we cannot gurentee you anything.
