Depending on your indivisual subject scores of biology, chemistry and physics, with a total of 530 you most likely have an AIR somewhere between 34310 - 45460.
The total number of government medical colleges in India are about 532 with 76,928 MBBS seats and 9 AIIMS MBBS all over India with 727 more seats and 200 more JIPMER MBBS seats for the candidates who have qualified in the NEET entrance examination.
So you have a fairly good chance of getting a government seat! Just make sure to fill in all the government colleges in the list.
