Yes, you can get college. Based on rank you are not supposed to get any government colleges. But there are certain private colleges  where you can get admission. You can  get admission in different private colleges. It depends on your choice (branch) also. If your choice is CSE then you must have good rank ,so it is quite difficult to get CSE branch. But you may get admission in some college in CSE branch also. If you can prefer any other branch like Electronics and communication engineering, Electrical engineering, Mechanical engineering, Civil Engineering then you can easily get these branch in various private colleges. ECE is a evergreen branch you can look for this. These are certain core branch for which you can apply . There are many government job opportunities in ECE branch as compared to CSE branch. Now ECE also provide job opportunities in private sector also . IT companies also provide offer for ECE students. If you are interested in Integrated Circuit, programming etc you must choose ECE branch. If you are totally devoted to government job then you must take Electrical engineering. Otherwise you can dropped this year and prepare yourself for UPTU entrance exam . And attempt this next year. And after getting good rank you can get college that you want.
