I got 5315 in manipal entrance exam can I get mechanical or mechatronics there?

First of all heartiest congratulations to you for your performance. Assuming that you have mentioned your rank, in my opinion you can definitely get Mechanical branch and you shouldn't worry at all. You should also try and give other entrance exams as well may be you deserve a much better college.
