Here you did not mention your state of domicile.
Under other state quota you will not be elegible for any National Institute of Technology (NITs) with 53,722 OBC rank
But, you have a chance to get some NITs if you are under it's home state quota.
For Example : The closing rank of ECE in NIT Srinagar under other state quota is 11k, whereas for home state quota it is 73k.
