With 534 marks and belonging to bc category I think you might get govt medical college through state quota in Telangana. As per previous year the minimum cut off of Telangana for bc under state quota was 414 marks of Rajiv Gandhi institute of medical sciences in Adilabad. Here are few govt colleges and their previous year cut off for bc category

With a score of 534 in BC b category, you have chances of procuring a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a minimum score of 414 was required to fetch one a seat in the Rajiv Gandhi institute of medical sciences, Aldiladabad in the BC category under the state quota. But, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats.
