Hello Aspirant!!!
You have attempted your exams well but you need little much more marks to get seat in the government college.
With this much marks, it's sure that you will not get seat under UR category also in All India Quota but you can get seats in state colleges and private colleges also. There are many medical colleges and you can surely get admission in that.
As the cut offs trends varies, every year so can't say with confirmation that you will not get the seat but at your own risk, you have to wait till the final counselling of the seats in government colleges.
Many students are there who just leave their seats because of some other reasons, so you can be eligible for that seat but in that also, again top ranker will be given more priority.
There are lot of colleges and streams in which you can make your successful career in future and will help you a lot.
I am mentioning the link through which you can easily get to know about the colleges for which you are eligible:

Hi
With this score, your rank would be between 27994-32317. It is good score but for getting seat in government medical college you must score 600+
However you can get seat in private medical colleges
You can try in colleges such as

Hey dear, cutoff varies every year, if you see the last year's cutoff which went very high that even students getting 500 marks were unable to get a good govt. Mbbs colleges. So, with 536 marks you have very good chances of getting mbbs college under state quota if you are a general candidate just stay tuned to the counselling. You can also use college predictor through this link:

Dear student
At first congratulations and best wishes for your result . I can predict that your All India rank is about 30000 .I am afraid to say with this marks your chances to get government colleges are almost negative through All India counselling. For general category you must score minimum 570 for that. You can still try in state counselling . Different state counselling cut offs vary from each other. You have not mentioned your state . You must go for your respective state. You can get government colleges in almost every state

Best Wishes.
Hey,
With 530 marks, you may get a rank between 27994-32317. You can check it here https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-result-marks-vs-rank
Previous year the cut off for government medical college through 15% All India Quota was marks between 581-590. So based on this, it is difficult to get a government medical college through all India counselling.
In some states, with 560 marks you can get a government medical college through 85% State quota but you need to have a domicile of the state.
You can get a management quota medical seat in Deemed Universities through All India Counselling for Deemed Universities.
To get a complete list of colleges in which you can get MBBS/BDS seat, you can use NEET College Predictor https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer
