Based on your score and this year cutoffs ine thing is clear that you won't be able to secure a seat under all india quota and you might get it by state quota in government medical college that too if you are from reserved category,but you do have some in private medical college,but still It would be difficult to tell your exact chances as cutoff varies from year to year depending on various factors such as your home state,category,etc and also cutoff this year are too high.
