Hello student,

You have not mentioned which category you belong to. With a score of 537, if you belong to the general category, it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the government medical colleges of Kolkata when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a minimum score of 509 was required to fetch one a seat in the Calcutta national medical college and hospital. But, unfortunately the corresponding rank was around 18,200. So, if your ranks matches approximately, you do have a chance.  However you can go through the following link to know about the cut off's and ranks for the previous years and calculate your chances of selection in your state
