Hello,

538 is a very good score. However, candidates having a score of 550 or 580 marks have a higher chance of admission through the All India Quota counselling. This is because there are a very large number of students applying for a limited number of (15%) seats in the medical colleges. You can still try for admission through All India Quota counselling procedure but the chances might be less.

You have a very good chance of admission in state quota counselling as there are more number of seats in this quota counselling and comparatively lesser candidates for seat competition. You should apply for the colleges in your own state for admission in MBBS.

Hope this helps.

Good Luck.
