As per your question, as you have mentioned your SC category.Also  as per thier rules 75 percent weightage is given to EAMCET and 25 percent weightage is given to IPE score. Total marks scored in both of these should tell your estimated predicted rank.

So as per your marks  84 and 572 in AP EAMCET and IPE respectively your total score would be around 49.15 and your rank as per your SC category would be in between 24.2k to 24.6k rank as per your SC category.
