Hi,
The above marks is enough to get a medical seat in a medical college. You haven't specified your category or state. Your profile mentions you are from UP so I am answering based on that information. The marks seems little less for AIQ seats in medical colleges for a general category student but have chances in State quota seats of following colleges based on previous year data
U.P. Rural Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, Etawah
Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya Medical Institute, Lucknow
Shriram Murti Smarak Institute of Medical Sciences, Bareilly and so on.
Along with this a general candidate have chances in BDS colleges too in state quota. Please do mention your category for further details. To know your chances more please use college predictor given below

All the best.
Hello dear student,
you have not mention your category and neither you have mentioned the state of your domicile but as per your profile it shows uttar Pradesh so I am assuming you belong from uttar Pradesh and the state of your domicile is uttar Pradesh. While this year we know Neet cutoff have increased enormously so I am assuming you belong from general category so on the basis of that if we see then the chances of you getting admission into any government College are really very low. But it with this much marks you can get admission under management quota seats. Also you can get admission in the courses like Ayurvedic Medical sciences, homeopathic medicine etc.
For more information here I am attaching a link which will help you to predict that what are the medical colleges in which there are chances you can get admission on the basis of your marks and rank
