I got 541 marks in neet and 27580 AIR and domicile of U.P. can i get a government seat in U.P. through state qouta I have EWS category

See this year's NEET cutoff went very high for mbbs .So for a goverment college it is a bit confusing considering your score as even students scoring 550 are themselves confused.As far as i am concerned you can get Rural institute of Medical sciences and research, etawah and dr. Ram manogar lohia medical college , lucknow.Or else you can go for private college.

As you mentioned with ews category and 541 marks, your chances of getting a decent government college in your state through state quota(85%) are quite high.
As the admission to medical colleges based on NEET is given unsed All India Quota(15%) and state quota(85%).
