To get admission to 449 veterinary seats in the government colleges, the candidates who wants to join the veterinary have to qualify NEET entrance exam,  15% seats will be reserved for All India Quota candidates, which will be granted on the basis of scores of NEET 2019 result.

NTA will announce the result of NEET 2019 by June 5. Candidates require the minimum qualifying percentile will be deemed to be eligible for counselling process under 15% All India Quota seats, 85% state quota, deemed/central universities and private colleges.

With your 5410 rank, you'll be most definitely getting many options with your government colleges because you clear the cutoff marks and rank that is neccessary for the admissions into the colleges.
