i got 542 marks in neet,and my all india rank is 54191 obc rank is 23272.can i get any government college.

Assuming you are talking about NEET , According to the the previous year cutoffs , with this marks you have chances to get a All India seat , although you can also try for the state level neet counselling , where 85 percent seats are for state students , you can try for the state level counselling of your state , where you might have good chances .
