As you have not mentioned  your category so I am Assuming you as a general category . At this marks of 542 you can really get a top.private college at this marks in merit list . You can also get a government college at this rank from all India quota . So , you don't had to pay a hefty price of 50 lakh Rupees .if you are from any other category like OBC or SC/ St then it's easy to get government college . I believe at a NEET Score of 545 you should target the State Medical Colleges in your home state. Having Home State Advantage at this score I believe you might just make into the best Medical Schools in your State.
