With this rank, your percentile is 99 which is great.

You have chances in top NIT's , but difficult to predict about IIT because it depends upon JEE advanced marks and cut off. Cut off varies every year depending upon the factors such as no of candidates appeared, qualified, difficulty level of exam, last year's trends, no of seats available.

Cut off 2019 for Btech civil engineering in different NITs

NIT Jamshedpur (male 1285 and female 2978)
