Without giving any kind of fake hopes i would like to tell the truth and that is NO!

ECE in Top 10 with 55 marks is not possible at any cost!

With 55 marks you  might get a rank above or around 50K and CSE in top 10 colleges ends somewhere around 15K.

So, No Chance

But you can get CSE in some average colleges like Sambhram Institute of Technology etc
