I got 55 percentile in Pu CET 2019....can I get admission in BSC in campus??

As per previous years cut offs the eligibility criteria for the admission into Punjab University for B.Sc courses, for the student of various categories is,
General- 15%
SC-10%
ST- 10%
PwD- 10%
