You have neither mentioned which category you belong to nor the state you live in. When comparing the results of previous years, a score of 550 or above remained to be a safe zone for the general category under the All India quota. It also depends on the state quotas. For example, With this score, you can procure a seat in the government medical colleges of Uttar Pradesh while it is not so in the case of states like Tamilnadu which require a score of 600 or above. These are for the general category. But one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats.
