I got 550 rank in CET and I am an outsider. Will I get admission in IP university in BA English honours?

Well, basing upon your rank in CET, you may have the chance for getting admission in IP university in BA English honour. You may also apply for other deemed universities and private colleges offering BA Honours in English at the time of counseling and it's better to apply for colleges in your own home state so that the chances of getting admission are high.
