You have not mentioned which category you belong to. Even if it is general, you have good chances of procuring a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a minimum score of 469 was required to fetch one a seat in Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia medical college in general category under the state quota. So, you stand on the safe zone only. However you can go through the following link to know about the cut off's and ranks for the previous years and calculate your chances of selection in your respective states
