Yes, according to previous year data and keeping your category in mind 555 are good enough to get Gandhi medical college Telangana.. You can wait till 2nd and 3rd round.. If not try to get some other medical college all govetgover medical colleges are good.. hope this helps..

as per the previous year cutoff of neet in gandhi medical college secandrabad, you have fair chances to get admission, last year cutoff for bc category was 469.
