I got 557 marks, General category /female from AP. What are my chances to get seat in All india quota 15% (top 20 colleges)

For 557 marks in NEET 2020:-
Your Overall Percentile is: 98.27 - 98.77
Your Predicted Rank is: 21309 - 25450
This rank may also decrease as it is said that the paper was relatively easier and on the same level as NEET 2019. So, rank deflation is expected as per the previous year.
With this rank it is very hard to predict if you can get a seat in the top 20 government colleges(like AIIMS,AFMC,VMMC and MAMC)for MBBS through AIQ(15%). Check the NEET cutoff:-

The closing rank for top 20 government Medical colleges will be expected around 5000 this year.
