It is very difficult to get cse in vit vellore at this rank . You don't even fit in third category.

There's only obe way you can get cse there is by management quota . Call vit vellore office and ask them about this query.  Most probably they will say you can get cse under management quota.

But as we all know management quota means to give 5-7 times sometimes 10 times the actual fees.

My friend got vit vellore IT at 30000 rank and he paid 26lacs so you may have to 60-70lacs or even more. You should give a call to vit vellore and ask them about it.

It's not easy to get seat at VIT Vellore at this much rank. But all depends upon the cut off.
