I got 56% in 12th exam and 100 marks in jee main and m belong to OBC category . Can i get any government college and better placement

Well college totally depends on your respective competitive exam marks and placement totally depends on college which you'll study, with 56% marks in 12th you are not eligible for jossa counselling hence, not eligible for top engineering colleges, try to go for private colleges, at that marks with OBC category along with low jee mains marks you'll not get government college.

So try to go for good private colleges or take a drop year, and also re appear for 12 th again.

And. As far as placements are concerned it will totally depend on how you perform during your college days and in. Respective branch.
