I got 56% in class 10 th and 47% in class 12 th . Now I am in 3rd year of graduation . Should I go for cat ?

Yes you can write cat exam.
But while going for the admission after cat exams your academics matter the most
Your 10th and 12th academic result are Not good,
So put lots of efforts on you graduation and try to secure 70%+.
And also crack the cat exams with good preparation.
