I got 56 percentile in april 2019 can i iligible for NIT if i am belong to sc category and i got 84% in 12 class

This year jee mains cut off for SC category was 54 percentile and according to cutoff you cleared the cut off you can apply or register yourself for JoSAA counselling but it will very difficult to get any NIT because for NIT it is very low score.
