You have not mentioned your category so it is difficult to say but if I assume that you belong to general category. Yes you might get admissions in government medical colleges in West Bengal. You can look through state quota then that might increase your chances a bit. Obviously cutoffs are different for all categories so with this score you could expect admission but you might have to wait for later rounds of counselling.
