As you have not mentioned your AIR so based on only the marks, below I am mentioning previous year cut offs through both quota of some govt. Medical colleges of Punjab where you might have chances-
1. Government Medical College, Patiala - (through AIQ) AIR 3700 and neet marks 575 & (through SQ) AIR 10363 and neet marks 537
2. Government Medical College, Amritsar - (through AIQ) AIR 5211 and marks 563 & (through SQ) AIR 13969 and neet marks 523
3. Guru Govind Singh Medical College, Faridkot - (through AIQ) AIR 5892 and marks 559 & (through SQ) AIR 15351 and neet marks 518
