With a rank of 56k , I doubt that you will be tier-3 colleges but still , go for the best . If you see that you are not getting any good colleges through any counselling , then opt to drop because studying hard in a not-so-good college will give you nothing , your knowledge level will be zero and all your hard work will be in vain .
I think you may get Techno , IEM (may be )
