I got 5648 rank in ts eamcet and I belong to bc -c . Is there any chance to secure a seat in kmit for cse branch ??

Yes, you do have a chance to get a seat in Keshav Memorial Institute of Technology for CSE in BC-C Category!
The cut off by rank for 2019, for the said branch and category was 19931. And you have ranked even lesser than that, so rest assured you will get admission.
I must add the cut offs might vary this year, due to the change in number of applicants , change in number of candidates who appeared for the entrance etc.
