I think that, Fee reiumberesement is applicable to only TELANGANA STATE local candidates in TS EAMCET exam.

And all the TELANGANA students whi secure a rank below 10000 can get full fee reimbursement irrespective of castes.Even for OC.

I am writing this answer in respect to 2015 and are the same till now as much as I know.
