I got 56k rank in jee mains paper 1 for btech should I apply for JAC Delhi. I am from haryana and had obc rank in 18k

yes you can apply for JAC delhi. since your obc rank is average enough you can problaly get a seat in nits like nit sikkim,mizoram,manipur. i will suggest you to go for the jossa counselling. if you are lucky enough you can probably have a chance of getting a seat.....all the best...
