It doesn't matter whether you have passed your examination with Grace marks or without grace marks, what matters is that you have passed in chemistry so you don't need to worry about your grace marks.
Now,
Neet eligibility criteria says that,
to be eligible you must have passed your 12th with English and PCB (pass in both the theory and practical ) with at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB ( in theory +practical) in 12th examination if you belong to general category or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st .
Now,
Your aggregate in PCB is
57+54+37
= 148
=(148/300*100 )%
= 49.3% i.e lesser than 50% but more than 40 % so you are not eligible if you belong to general category but you are eligible for neet if you belong to OBC or SC or St as per above aforesaid criteria
